When first seeing the SpineDeck 2.0 in a video, it reminded me of the satisfying back cracks I got by curving my spine against a high school chair. Little did I know that in this day and age, stretching out like this would become pretty essential for a good lower back health. The SpineDeck 2.0 is an orthopaedic back stretcher that massages your lower back, to combat bad posture and lower back pain.
How does the SpineDeck 2.0 work?
The SpineDeck features an adjustable (3-level) plastic curve that stretches your lower back when you sit against it or lie on top of it. Doing this allows the front of your body to stretch out and upwards, and the surrounding muscles start to relax, gently decompressing the discs in your vertebrae, realigning the spine, relieving tension and pain.
On the back stretcher you’ll find studs that give your back an acupressure massage and the soft cushioning in the middle will ensure your lower back will still find it comfortable enough for a longer period of time.
After 5-10 minutes of lying down on the SpineDeck you roll of sideways and you do this 2x per day in total. That should give you similar benefits as a chiropractor visit.
