What is the Upright Go 2 ?
The Upright Go 2 is a tiny white device that you wear on your back (between your shoulders) that continuously monitors your body for good posture. With all the hunching that we do nowadays, sitting inside behind our desks and monitors it’s becoming increasingly important to have someone, or something tell you you need to straighten your shoulders. Having a good posture now will decrease the amount of back pain or sitting issues later.
How does it work?
You can attach the Upright Go 2 right on your back using the supplied, hypoallergenic adhesive or use the necklace accessory. While monitoring your posture in Training mode, the Upright Go gives a subtle vibration whenever you’re slouching and not having your back and shoulders in the right position. As soon as you correct your position the vibrations disappear.
These gentle nudges are also tracked in the mobile app so that you can see how good of a posture you keep over time.
