I’ve always wished there would be real figures of the classic SpongeBob memes. The mocking SpongeBob remains a classic I’ll use even when the meme elite (memelite?) will claim it’s outdated.
Nickelodeon recently made my dream come true with their amazing idea of launching a set of official SpongeBob meme toys. These are called Masterpiece memes.
These collectibles are made from plastic and measure approximately 8″ tall each.
Mocking SpongeBob Meme Toy
First it’s the mocking SpongeBob, which is probably one of the most popular SpongeBob memes around.
Surprised Patrick Meme Toy
Next, it’s the surprised Patrick meme. This remains one of my favorite facial expressions and this meme sure was used in a lot creative gifs over time.
Imagination Meme Toy
While not as popular as the mocking SpongeBob, the imagination meme had other famous characters re-enact the rainbow pose in various drawings and other art on the web.
Caveman SpongeBob (SpongeGar)
SpongeGar, also known as Caveman SpongeBob appeared in an episode named “Ugh”, as a pre-historic ancestor of Spongebob. It’s been used extensively to meme our primitive behaviour.
Handsome Squidward
The handsome squidward comes from the ‘Two Faces of Squidward’ episode where people have been putting their own music on the falling squidward scene, creating hilarious results.

I’m very excited to have all these SpongeBob meme toys on my desk when I’m working in the office.
