Originally from Japan, these squishies come in a variety of sizes and shapes. Like fidget spinners or kinetic sand, these little animals are known to reduce stress and anxiety, when you touch or squeeze them.

Larger retailers and toy store should have small mochi animals in stock, they might be called squishies, moni moni animals or moj moj. If you want to buy one in a store, make sure it’s made of silicone as that’s generally the safest material for these toys.
Our advice whenever you feel stressed out is to take a small bucket of mochi animals and grab a handful of squishies from it and enjoy the sensation. No way you’re going to need that yoga class anymore.
