If you’d like to build and customize your own programmable vehicle and take it a bit further than just racing, the new Sphero RVR Kickstarter might just be what you’re looking for.
What is the Sphero RVR?
The Sphero is a driving robot RC car with a tank tread that you can turn into whatever you want by programming it using the special Sphero Edu app. The RVR is rugged and can take any terrain you throw at it.
Out of the box this vehicle recognizes faces, has an onboard camera, responds to voice commands, maps the environment, streams music and does many more things. You can even turn it into a driving security camera that guards your house while you’re out.
